with PBA
at the
time of
nomination
and be
at least
21 years
of age.

Remain
a member
in good
standing.
Should a
Director's
dues
lapse,
the
Director's
membership
will be
automatically
terminated
and
concurrently
the
position
will be
declared
vacant.
Should
the
Director
wish to
reverse
those
actions,
they
must
rejoin
PBA and
participate
in a
future
Director
election.

Practice
good
ethics
and
judgment
at all
times.
Treats
fellow
Directors
and all
other
PBA
members
with
respect
and
professional
courtesy.

Promote
Pygoras
and PBA
in a
positive
and
engaging
manner.
Encourage
membership
in PBA
for all
Pygora
owners.
Treat
the
public
and
members
in a
professional
and
courteous
manner.
Attend
and
participate
in as
many
Pygora
goat
related
activities
in your
region
as
possible.

Report
all
absences
from
email
access
of
longer
than 2
business
days to
the PBA
Secretary.
-
Accept
some
financial
responsibility
without
compensation.
-
Submit
agenda
items to
the
President
as
directed,
prior to
any
Board
meeting,
including
a brief
description
or
explanation
of the
items.
-
Attend
all
regular
and
special
meetings
of the
Board.
-
Determine
and
present
those
views,
opinions
and
policies
which
reflect
the
objectives
and
philosophies
of your
entire
region,
or the
members
at
large.
Represent
PBA as a
whole,
and vote
in
accordance
with its
best
interests.
-
Report
to
regional
members
on Board
activities
but
without
breaching
the
confidentiality
of
closed
session
discussions
and
information.
-
At
all
times
maintain
an
objective
stance
on all
problems,
conditions,
situations
and
controversies,
whether
within
your
region
or while
representing
your
region.
-
Be
available
to
members
not only
in your
region
but in
the
entire
organization.
Listen
and help
whenever
possible.
Stay
informed
on what
members
should
know:
how to
get
merchandise,
publications,
etc. or
who to
call or
write to
for
information.
-
Reviews
minutes
and
approves
them
prior to
publication.
